Ask to Persuade

Recent observation:

When a statement is presented as a question, it becomes more persuasive.

For instance:
normal statement:
Paani-Puri is the best street food because it's great taste is so hard to describe.
persuasive question:
Could it be that the difficulty in describing the great taste of Paani-Puri that makes it the best street food in the world??

Isn't it amusing how the speaker supposed the fact that 'Paani-Puri is best' and jumped to the next step of arguing the 'reason' for it being so?
Isn't the first statement more prone to argument at the first step of concluding that 'Paani-Puri is really the best'?
Aren't you persuaded enough to believe that I am right by my writing these statements in questions?

:)
